• $350元以下訂單均以到付形式寄出

運送安排:

所有現貨將於完成訂單後約二至五個工作天內寄出。

如訂單內包含現貨及預購貨品，我們將等候貨品全部到齊才一併寄出。

送貨時間可能因個別地區、假期、天氣或其他不確定因素而有所延誤。

請於收到貨品後, 立即驗查貨品, 如發現貨品數量不符或貨品款式錯誤, 應拒絕收件, 並立即與我們聯絡。

逾期取件:

客戶在本公司購買之所有貨品，如逾期取件，快遞公司及倉庫將會衍生存倉費用或被銷毀，此費用及後果須由客戶負責。

Delivery cost:

• Free delivery for order HKD350 and above.

For remote districts such as: Science Park, universities, schools, hospitals, shopping malls in the New Territories, outlying islands, airports, etc., an additional fee of $30 will be charged.

• Orders below $350 will be sent in the form of Payment On Delivery.

Delivery arrangement:

All stock will be sent within five working days upon the order has been made successfully.

If the order contains spot goods and pre-ordered goods at the same time, we will wait for all the goods to arrive before sending them together.

Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them. If you find that the quantity of the goods or the kinds of goods does not match to your order, you should reject to receive it and contact us immediately for further arrangement.

Please refer to the order notification from email to track your logistics progress at any time.

Overdue pick-up:

Any overdue pick-up for the goods purchased from our company, the additional storage costs incurred by the courier company and the warehouse, or the destruction of the goods shall be borne by the customer for such costs and consequences.
